Clark Silva reached out to me in March 2020 about an exhibition celebrating the 200th anniversary of Washington Irving's The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.  This exhibition will include sections on the cultural and historical influences on Washington Irving's short story, as well as Irving's contributions to the establishment of American culture following the Revolutionary War and Independence.  The exhibition includes over 150 years of memorabilia, ephemera, and publications relating to The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.  You can now expect this exhibition to take place in 2021, the original piece will be available for purchase when the show is happening.
